SKI SWAP VENDORS
Items at Skyliners Ski Swap are provided by both the general public (consigned items) and from local and regional vendors. The large majority of the items provided by our vendors are new or nearly new. If you are interested in participating as an official Swap Vendor (inside the rink) please reach out to events@mbsef.org for more information.
SKI SWAP EXPO – VENDORS & EXHIBITORS
We invite local organizations and businesses to participate in the swap by participating in our Ski Swap Expo, which will be located on the upper lawn near the fire pits. Small businesses are welcome to sell items as part of the Expo, however you will be expected to provide and manage your own POS system.
Required Expo Hours:
Friday, October 10th – 5:30 – 8:00pm (Pre-sale Party)
Saturday, October 11th – 8am – 5pm

VENDOR/EXHIBITOR APPLICATIONWe will accept applications through September 13th, 2025. If you are accepted, we will email you a formal agreement to be signed and returned with your vendor/exhibitor fee, no later than September 20th to secure your spot. Certificates of Insurance (COI) for each vendor naming Mt. Bachelor Sports Education Foundation as additionally insured for event day must be turned in by October 1st.
