FRIDAY, OCTOBER 10th – Shop the Pre-sale & Party from 5:30 – 8:30pm
Traditionally, MBSEF has reserved our exclusive Friday night Pre-sale to Swap Volunteers and MBSEF Sponsors & Partners.
This year, we will be offering a limited number of tickets to the public for purchase. All attendees will be able to shop the Pre-sale and join the party after shopping. We will be offering one beer to the first 300 in attendance. We hope you will join us for an evening of connecting with fellow snow-sport enthusiasts as we all anticipate the coming season.
As always, Saturday’s general sale is free and open to the public all day.
PRE-SALE PARTY TICKET DETAILS
All those interested in attending the Pre-sale Party will be required to purchase a ticket. Volunteers and Sponsors receiving free admission will be granted a unique coupon to use during purchase, and will be emailed directly with more information about how to receive one.
Ski Swap Volunteers will be checking purchaser names at the door, so be sure to know the name of the person who purchased your ticket (if it’s someone other than you).
Please keep in mind, though we have 5:30 listed as the official start time, we may open doors a bit early if our sale is ready to go. If you are interested in being one of the first ones in the door, we recommend lining up as early as 4:30pm. We will not open doors prior to 5pm.
Each ticket purchased to the Pre-sale Party will include one accompanied minor. While checking digital tickets at the entrance, volunteers will provide wrist bands so you may exit and re-enter, if needed. Don’t forget your ID if you’d like to enjoy a complimentary beverage to the first 300 through the door from Crux Fermentation Project after you shop.
